New Year's Eve Fireworks 2005

If I am there, I might as well take a camera

I didn't think to take a tripod, so these are hand held (or fence-shaken-by-child held). The 'flare' is 2 seconds exposure, and the fireworks are 1 second. ISO 200, auto F-stop.

• Flare. Well, not really. But it looks cool.
• Anemones.
• White dwarf.
• Monstrance.
• Spiler (that's Norwegian for 'spokes', by the way).
• Porcupine.
• Binary star.
• Urchin.
• Shroud.
• Nebula.
• Apparition.
• Finale.
