Including Glynhir Waterfall and The Cascade.
From Cardiff, take the M4 to its end at Pont Abraham. From there, take the A483 through Ammanford to Llandybie. From Llandybie, take the Glynhir road on the right (currently the second road on the right, 400 metres past the Llandybie town sign). Follow the road to the Glynhir Mansion, where there is plenty of space to park. SN 6390 1514.
It is essential that you ask at the mansion for permission to visit - the owners are extremely welcoming, and are unlikely to refuse access. Once you have your permission, the access path lies on the left side of the mansion's buildings. It hugs the edge of the buildings, heading away from the road, down into the woodland, and to the head of the Glynhir Waterfall. To the right, a path heads down into the gorge. The Cascade is directly opposite the bottom of the path. Waterproof boots can then be used to head upstream to reach the base of the Glynhir Waterfall.
